With the Design + Build approach, we provide owners with the single point of contact for both the Design and Construction phases of the project. One entity holds single source responsibility and contractual risk for every aspect of a build- from estimation, assessment and pre-construction to architecture/interiors, schematics, engineering and construction

With the Design + Build Project Delivery, we facilitate ease of client management. With this delivery process, client manages only one contract with a single point of responsibility; designer and contractor are on the same team, providing unified recommendations. Changes are addressed by the Design + Build entity, and not used as Excuses

With 12 years of enriched individual experience, the associates have laid the foundation stone of this Design + Build led practice; and since its inception, it is collectively providing planning, design and delivery solutions for the built environment. THE TEAM

Amol Mane
Director

Amol has 17 years of experience on various scales of architecture and interior projects. He has worked with various Multinational companies, such as Archetype India Pvt. Ltd. Nitco tiles, Mumbai International Airport, Turner International, and SGS India pvt ltd. With his stint with large scale companies, he has garnered extensive experience, in project management, Fit outs, contracts, Cost evaluation, and Procurement. He has also managed Business development at various fronts, facilitating large project order closures efficiently. Quality control and time management on a project cycle, are his key assets.

As an associate he was part of iconic projects in India, one is International Airport T2 Mumbai for finishes & another one is Hindon Airforce, Ghaziabad (Boeing flights sub station & Ancillary buildings.
